I am Juan Brittos, N.E.S.T.A. (National Exercise & Sport Trainers Association) certified personal fitness trainer. I trained and studied in Orange County, CA and previously worked for gyms such as 24hrs fitness. During my sessions, I try to keep things fun, exciting, and new, with my main focus on the client's personal goals. Keep in mind, being healthy and reaching your fitness goals requires a total lifestyle change. This includes your eating habits. A well planned, balanced personal diet is crucial to help you reach your goals. With the right diet and personal fitness regimen, you will see a miraculous difference in your health, mood, physic, and stress reduction.

Services

I specialize in functional fitness training, which focuses on performing exercises and body motions that consist in using only your own body weight. These methods are commonly used across the nation and are very effective. While Machines restrict movements to a single plane of motion, which is an unnatural form of movement for the body, functional training engages multiple muscle groups including stabilizers and peripheral muscles, a more natural, healthy form of movement for the body.

 

Even though we focus on functional training, that doesn't mean we never touch the dumbbells. Free weights can also be used in our session in many ways, always using them in a safe and effective way.

I like to keep each session interesting and fun, challenging you differently every time. Mixing things up is important in order to help your body to continue to transform. ​

Training in groups can be another fun way to make exercise more enjoyable with support from others, who are also trying to reach their goals.

 

My goal is to find the work out, diet, and overall program that’s designed just for you. Muscle tone can be acquired both, from lifting your own body weight as well as lifting free weights. My job is to find what is right for your goals, body type, as well as your personality, to help you get in shape, and have fun doing it!
